Council to hold first Public Hearing for Tax Revenue Increase

City Council will hold a special meeting Aug. 22 to have public hearings on the proposed budget and tax revenue increase of 0.62%.
At the Aug. 01 meeting, staff proposed reducing the tax rate from .65111 to .63111, council approved motion by Ms. Penn to reduce it to .62111.
