The Forney Economic Development Corp held its regular meeting on Nov. 20, 2014 -

• Mr. Burris presented the year-end budget, revenues were above budget by 4% while expenses were 0.5% above budget.
• Ms. Nash reported that of the $2 million bond, $1.053,363 remained.
• convened an executive session lasting 88 minutes, and took no action after reconvening into open session.
